    We are hiring a dynamic team-player, self-driven and communicative leader as

    Head of Value Selling (m/f)

    for the headquarter of Georg Fischer Piping Systems AG in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

    In your role, you will operate on a global level together with the local sales organisations, management, and marketing departments with the goal to implement and develop a common sales management process throughout the whole division Georg Fischer Piping Systems.
    To fully complete your task, it will be crucial for you to track and analyse the global implemented sales methodology and to proactively create proposals and initiatives to meet the right needs for the tool improvement.
    Secondly, you will support the realisation of a successful CRM integration for the Value Selling elements and tools. Also, you will efficiently train and support the locally responsible salesforce to ensure a full understanding of Value Selling and 4DX.

    For this position, it is essential to have the ability to train and to conduct comprehensive, motivating and convincing presentations as well as workshops. In fact, you are an informative candidate, and you can communicate with different stakeholders in a clear and tactful way.

    You have an engineering degree and/or a business one, you bring a proven track record of success as Sales Engineer / Sales Manager in a B2B environment, you speak English fluently and have good knowledge of German. Furthermore, you are well-experienced with CRM-Systems as a sales management tool and you are more than familiar with MS Office and Outlook.
    Lastly, you must be willing to travel up to 40%.
