We are hiring an ambitious, self-driven and experienced creative as
Marketing Specialist (d/f/m)
for our client, a Swiss FinTech startup providing a digital platform that gives small and medium-
sized enterprises (SMEs) easy access to modern financial services – fully digital, paperless, and
available 24/7. Its promise: mind your business. we handle the rest.
In this role, you will bring ideas to life by supporting campaigns from concept to execution,
keeping timelines and teams on track, while being a hands-on creative who turns details into
impact – with sharp visuals, clear messaging and smart coordination.
You will develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
You will be managing the company’s marketing ecosystem, including dashboards and
performance tracking. You will co-manage the CRM platform in close collaboration with Sales.
Creating and maintaining sales materials, with focus on digital channels, and producing content
for marketing communications, including videos, blog posts, and ads (owned and paid media),
will be another key responsibility. You will also drive brand development and ensure consistent
brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
For this role, a minimum of five years’ experience in driving revenue growth in data-driven digital
service industries is required as well as a strong business sense and a confident professional
presence. A high level of initiative and accountability, the ability to work independently and within
cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced start-up environment, is expected. A solid understanding
of sales funnels, digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AI-based platforms), and CRM
systems will enable you to reach your goals. You bring along the ability to design and produce
presentations, sales materials and digital ads, and you have already experience in planning and
executing marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B services across international markets. Additionally,
a background in FinTech or banking is a strong advantage.
