    RAMS and Homologation Engineer CBTC/ATO (m/f)

    As a RAMS and Homologation Engineer CBTC / ATO you are responsible for international authorisation projects in the field of rail vehicle signalling in close cooperation with authorities, infrastructure operators, notified bodies and experts. Further tasks include supporting the engineering team in implementing and maintaining the RAMS requirements. You will create and carry out risk analyses and homologation concepts with regard to Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety. During this process you will gather all required documents and ensure their correct form and completeness. Additionally, you will also ensure the regular provision of all relevant processes and documents for appraisers and validation authorities. Furthermore, you will participate in the approval of the CBTC / ATO system by the authorities. The clarification of the admission requirements and procedure are a matter of course for you.

    To be able to cope with the demanding and exciting tasks of this position, you have a degree (FH, TU, ETH) in Electrical, Railway Technology or Mechanical Engineering. You bring along a sound experience with homologation – preferably in the railway sector. In your project team and in customer negotiations, you can prove your communicative skills and your assertiveness. You navigate confidently and skilfully in an international environment; therefore, you are fluent in German and in English. Any other language is an advantage.
