Project Manager Rail Vehicles (f/m/d) / Member of the Senior Management

As a project manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with extensive and complex contracts and will accompany demanding clients. You actively monitor costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire project, which can last several years. In close cooperation with your internal partner, the technical project manager, you lead the project to success and are the contact person for internal and external customers, partners, and suppliers. You report the progress of the project to the board of directors and you control the cross-departmental scheduling and milestone planning in coordination and construction meetings.

To be up to this demanding and exciting challenge, you bring along a business or technical education (university of applied sciences, university) and additional further training. Your English is impeccable, and German is your everyday language. Any other language is an advantage. The international exposure you experienced is another asset. You have already successfully completed several challenging large-scale industrial projects in an international environment and are experienced in leadership and crisis management. You work well and enjoy working alone as well as in a team and you are characterised by your goal-oriented, systematic, and structured approach. You skilfully combine your assertiveness with your communication skills and do not allow yourself to be rattled even in tough negotiations. If you also have a good dose of frustration tolerance, there is nothing standing in the way of your application.
